MGC Leadership Team

The MGC leadership team has been leaders in the automobile and accessible vehicle sector for over 25 years. We are proud to have Bob Nunn and Joe Compta on our Board of Directors; two business visionaries who are helping MGC become a leader in the accessible vehicle market in Canada.

MGC Management Team

Nick Grande, President

Nick Grande has over 18 years of experience in automobile financing, leasing and sales. As President, he oversees a leasing portfolio of over $16 million in funded loans. While directing this effort, Nick is also responsible for a loan portfolio of over $3 million in focused accessible vehicle loans. Nick manages both retail and commercial lending officers and oversees the credit department. His area of expertise is commercial sales with a focus on retail dealership programs.

Nick maintains active involvement in several community service organizations and is an active member of NMEDA Canada. He is a Sick Kids Foundation leader and has served on the East Gwillimbury Accessibility Advisory committee. He is currently speaking to elementary schools in an effort to raise awareness with youth on accessibility issues and inspire our youth to rethink movement in their lives. He lives in York Region with his wife and two daughters.

Peter Grande, Co-Founder

Peter Grande has over 12 years of experience in the area of automotive marketing, sales and solutions. A high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven executive, Peter approaches each business challenge with a particular flair for innovation, creative problem-solving, and a customer first mentality in order to drive solutions for businesses and individuals. Peter has served on the East Gwillimbury Accessibility Advisory Committee and is an active member of NMEDA Canada. He is currently speaking to elementary schools with his brother Nick in an effort to raise the profile of Canada's accessibility issues through our youth.

Peter Grande has a degree in International Business Marketing from The University of Western Sydney and a diploma in Automotive Marketing from The Canadian Automotive Institute. He currently lives in York Region with his wife.

Board of Directors

Bob Nunn

Bob Nunn is an industry leader considered a pioneer in the mobility industry. He is constantly working within the industry to better serve the accessibility community and continue his goal of creating an inclusive society. Bob is the President and Owner of Creative Carriage and serves as a board member with MGC. His experience, guidance and knowledge, continues to steer the MGC ship in the right direction.

Bob has been a member of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) D409 committee (Motor Vehicles for the Transportation of Persons with Physical Disabilities) since 1990 and has been the committee Chair since 2004. Along with the D409, Bob has also participated in the CSA 435 (Accessible Transit Buses) and CSA D436 (Accessible Over-the-Road Buses) committees development, as an ongoing member since 2002. Bob has also served as President of NMEDA's United States and Canadian Divisions.

Joe Compta

Mr. Compta excels in the areas of team building, innovation and corporate growth. A successful entrepreneur for the past 20 years, he has owned and operated Mulligan Agencies Ltd., which provides marketing and sales solutions for U.S. and European companies wishing to do business in the North American retail marketplace. Mr. Compta has also been integral in the successful launch of a number of technology products and services. In addition, he has consulted to and provided effective corporate strategy advice to small and medium size businesses.

Mr. Compta is an experienced executive demonstrating both expert business knowledge and a past record of strategic and tactical success. Mr. Compta has degrees in Political Science and Business at Wilfrid Laurier University and lives in Toronto with his wife and two sons.
